stricken sie deutsch? I've been working on the old website again, this time on my germany pages, so I got in the mood to do a little german web surfing. If anyone out there speaks German, here are a couple of german knitting blogs I found last night. Claudia has a lot of great pictures in her blog (and archives), so take a peek, even if you can't read German. And the little sock house is a terrific looking site with a gallery of finished socks and links back to english-language sites (including Knitty!). I also made a bit of progress reknitting the back of Elizabeth I. I've begun the armhole decreases. And here she is. Now I'm off to the Knit Out. Woo hoo! posted by alison at 9:01 am | in

Hallo Alison, ich freue mich, daß Dir mein "kleiner Sockhaus" gefällt und lese auch Deinen blog regelmäßig und bin von Deinen Werken sehr beeindruckt. Leider gibt es viel zu wenig deutsche Strick-Blogger, da es hier bei uns noch nicht so "in" ist. Stricken kommt zwar wieder in Mode, aber kaum einer mag darüber auch noch Tagebuch schreiben. Liebe Grüße aus Aachen, eine eigene website werde ich nie haben (nie???) im moment - mit zwei kleinen kindern und nicht anspruchlosem teilzeitjob- zudem völlig frei von überschießenden pc-kenntnissen - fällt mir dazu jedenfalls nichts ein. aber ich stricke gern und sehe euch gern dabei zu...leider ist jetzt andauernd ´was "forb |
