I forgot the best part of my new shiny happy knitting karma. Remember how I was worried that after ripping out the giranimals pocket and losing some yarn to snags, I wouldn't have enough left over to redo the pocket? Well, after binding off the last row, this is what I had left!

Alison,
Where do you get Phildar? I saw some sweaters in their pattern book online that I'd love to try but couldn't find anything saying it was sold in the States.
That was cutting it close! Plus no waste, and just the right amount--love that.
But there's so much you can do with that! (lol) I read recently of a woman who puts out little bits of yarn and whatnot for the birds. They pick them up and use them to build nests. Very cool.
Alison, Casey is much better, just a big fat lip! She has decided she isn't looking in the mirror anymore because it doesn't look pretty. And she isn't scared to ride again, just thought she should wait until age 10 to go up hills, no wait she ammended that to age 8! LOL! Kids are cute!
I'm glad it worked out so well!
Well done on finishing the pocket. That was close ! The boys will look so cute next Autumn.
WOW! You rock, who else would pull it off as well!? ;)
If that isn't good knitting karma, I don't know what is.
Hi! How you doin', lady? I'm not back on the ring yet, but I'll be around. Sending white healing light and Prozac dreams to your sick babes and you!
Wow - that was lucky! Don't you just love it when things like that happen?
Whew! that is too close for comfort!
just in the nick of time!!! :)
