wild night

What a wild night! I hope you all had fun at Kerrie's slumber party. I have to thank my husband for putting together the so-called automatic slumber party update system, which took over for a couple of hours there when I nodded off. Still, I'm beat! It is definitely a hat and sunglasses kind of day for me today.

In addition to partying, I got some wild knitting done. I finished the front of native and even spent some of the party last night weaving in the ends.

Now to sleep off this headache and then sew the wild beast together!

The glasses don't hide the blood shot eyes!

Kindergarten will be here way before you are ready. This is my last baby so it was especially poignant! She told me today she doesn't want to go back to school because a neighborhood boy who is in her room and rides her bus is calling her his.....Girlfriend! Gee I could think of worse things.

I have a feelin' those makeover babes will keep poppin' up around here. :) Yeah, native! Just think how good you'll feel when it is finally DONE. Your mom will be *so* proud. :)

Hi! I've been reading your knitting blog for quite some time now and just ordered the new ChicKami pattern with the wider straps. Is it too late to join the knit along and become a tankgirl?

Yay, Native! So close! So, you're going to start another intarsia project right away, right? ;)
