Quick, quick, knit a sleeve before anyone catches me not working on my one last holiday gift!

Although I'm not working on my final knit-gift, some of my fellow gift-alongers have been very busy. Congrats to all of you who are all finished: Uli, Brenda, Sharlene, Kristine, Claudia, Debi, Anne, and Stacy. Way to go, ladies! Go visit them and give 'em a hand.

Its easy to finish one's Xmas knitting when all's ya gotta do is two measly scarves! I just started a double knit hat a la Alison...its like a magic trick.

I'm done, too. 14 gifts - 9 kids hats, 1 doubleknitski hat, 2 felted bags, 2 pair of felted mittens, 1 scarf. Well, that makes 15 but they are all done (plus another mitten/scarf set that will go in the when I need a gift bag). I have the lining to sew in my nieces bag but that is all pinned in and waiting for tomorrow to just sew it in. The Lily bag for my mother may be an after Xmas add on of the lining as I am not sure yet of how I want to line it or if she wants it lined.

I love the Phildar yarn color. Very nice.

I finished brother's gloves this afternoon -- that's #12! Confident I'll complete #13, but that may be as far as I get -- I'll just have to be comforted by the fact that that was my original goal total.

I finished 3 more gifts. With 4 more to go, but I found out I won't see the recipient of the DNA Scarf until after the new year so I am very happy since that's what I was putting off. I think it will be much easier without a pressing deadline.

Finished one gift last night; yup, ripped out the center and re-knit the washcloth. Now, just the scarf is left, and I have all of tonight to get it done! Woo-hoo!
