20 second knitalong

You don't mind if I start another project, do you? I know I'm supposed to be making tea sets and sleeves, but some projects will insist upon having deadlines.

Here's a start to the next baby sweater. This one is nice and simple and nice and small. In other words, it's flying off my needles! Kerrie and I are both making this one and hers is progressing just as quickly. It's the 20 second knitalong - better keep your eyes peeled next week, or you just may miss it!

Yep - its a fast one alright! I think I'll be done with most of the knitting over the weekend, just need to make the crucial giraffe / elephant decision now!

Show me your book shelf! As your new stalker I have to copy you in every way, you know!

No, honestly: "my" online bookshop suddenly got acess to lots of english books, including tons of knitting books. And there are SO many lovely english knitting books, it's hard to judge them all by the covers! Since you obviously have GREAT taste, could you please list a few of your favourites? I'm sure other of your readers/stalkers would love that too.

And Miss Muffin is coming along. She's got most of her pieces now, except for a skirt and some shoes. New photo due over the weekend.

You guys are just blowing through that pattern. Sounds like a good pattern for a quick last minute gift.

I hope you have buttons. You know how picky I am about buttons.

I do have buttons, Julia, the very cute little orange buttons that the pattern calls for. It's good to have friends in France! ;0)

Sophie is done woo woo, which pattern book is that itty bitty sweater from? I am a pattern stalker lol.

I like baby sweaters, the nice acrylic. I am not digging 100% cotton for my adult tanks etc.. right now I am working on a buttons up bucket hat. Double thread is hard on the hands!!
