Vacation! It's time for our bi-annual trip out to Columbus for a big boardgaming convention. Since my usual knitting time will be filled with gaming for the next week, I won't have any knitting progress to show. So I'll be on blogging vaca for a week and a half! I still might sneak up a picture or two, because, well let's face it, I'm a blogging addict, but there won't be knitting, I can tell you that.

But, have a good trip anyway. And the convention sounds like a blast -- please fill us in on any new & great games. (I'm still stuck back on Crainum.)

What board games will you be playing? Sounds like fun, I love games. We'll miss you though!
I'll miss your blog but have fun! Everyone deserves a little vacation every now and then.
boardgaming convention!? that sounds like soooo much fun, and I can't believe i've never heard of such a thing - had I known, I would definitely have found a way to go to one! Do send up updates and tell all when you return! Have a great trip!
Wow - another gamer/knitter! I'm so excited to find another person with my favorite combo of hobbies! What's your fave game? Do you have a username on BGG? Anyway, I just wanted to say that I'm glad to see that someone else thinks this hobby combo works well, and have fun at the convention. Let us know if there's a great new game out there we should try (I've got my eye on Jambo, a relatively new 2-player game, but I haven't had a chance to play it yet so I'll be interested to hear your impressions if you get to play it).
Looks like I missed some fun stuff on your blog while I was sick. Bummer. And now you're GONE! Well, have fun. I'll miss you :-).
Have a GREAT time! We'll miss you.
you'll be missed! have a great time!! ^_^
I had no idea there was a board game convention in Columbus -- and I live there! Have a wonderful time! And if you ever feel like sharing reviews of some of your favorite games, please submit them to my site -- http://www.nightsandweekends.com (that goes for all you knitter/board gamers)!
Count me among those who would like to hear more about the boardgame convention. I thought I knew about games until I went to BGG and saw all these complicated games that I had never heard of. It sounds like a good family hobby.
