finished?

You all did such an admirable job of pulling out those old projects gone wrong and putting them right! I ripped out an old sweater and made myself a new one, but still, I didn't finish all my fixing. And I know we've all gotten distracted with new projects now. So, we'll call this knit-along finished, but keep an eye open for a finishing marathon in the fall!

In moving, I located the buttons for a fixer garment, but now they're moved and I have no idea where beyond "the room next to me that I dare not enter." Sigh. Will let you know when I get them on.

Goodness, I hardly recognize your blog with only two knitalongs in the sidebar. Of course, one is bigger than every other knitalong in the history of knitting combined...

I finished my fixin' back in March. Sorta proud of myself for sticking with it too! If you are interested, look in my archives (scroll wayyyy down for the links) on March 17th for a picture of the finished product. My blanket is heading south of the border (I'm in Canada) later this week to be with a the new baby boy of an old friend of mine.

How funny - the same day you wrote this I had this urge to finally finish ripping my banff sweater and to get that yarn into a bath. But I didn't get that far, with the baby around it takes so long to do each step. Soon I'll have about 1600 yards of brown lamb's pride!

I did finally fix and finish my Mariah. You can see it in my June 2 entry at www.whatsthatgonnabe.blogspot.com
