back in the blue business

A quick glance at my finished projects page and you'll find what is really an appalling number of pink projects over here so far this year. Nothing wrong with pink of course (clearly, I LOVE pink!), but a blue blog should probably be a little less pink. So it's back to blue for me!

There's the gorgeous blue pure silk that I've just started working on, the blue baby geek sweater and after another weekend working at the store, more progress on the lacy blue Angora Extra scarf:

I once was lost, but now am found; was pink, but now I'm blue.

Hey! happy belated birthday. hope you had a nice day. I prefer blue to pink myself and can't wait to start my own blue silk project. I just hope i don't drool all over the yarn.

I love that pattern!!! Where might I find it?

Lashka, the pattern is called Short Lacy Scarf and it's from Ella Rae Book Two. I've seen a lot of other patterns that use the same lace pattern, so it may be a sort of standard lace pattern that you could find in a book of lace patterns as well.

That scarf is just delicious! I love the pink, but we all need some balance.

That scarf looks so sumptuous, I just want to grab it and scrunch it to feel all that yarn!

The pinks are pretty, too.

(but blue is my favorite color)

Gorgeous! I have been fondling this silk yarn every time I encounter it in a shop. I'm going to have to get some.
