At first I had a little glare on my screen, and it reminded me of a favorite trick when I'm running out of fabric for the binding on something like this. I make a pieced binding, just cutting various lengths of the design fabrics in sizes appropriate to the binding and strip them together. Sometimes, it is the perfect ending to a patchwork piece, and uses up the odds and ends that I seem to have trouble pulling out later. Posted by: Robby at February 23, 2009 10:16 AMI love it.
