Big beds rule. Cribs drool. (She had to get in on on the fun!)
Now that wee is completely potty trained, she needs to be able to get up to use the bathroom in the night. It's amazing that we were able to keep the crib sides on her bed for so long - the boys hurled themselves over them at age two! But she was never a climber and never complained about them. She was excited for them to go though.

Hooray for being diaper free! Congrats to Wee and to the rest of the family.
Cute little bed, but I bet you have to move her to a bigger one soon. She is growing fast.
LOVE the quilt! And I second the comment about Wee needing a bigger bed. Her legs are looking awfully long!
You all are so right! The boys were in these junior beds until they were 6, but she is much taller than they were at her age. I'm hoping that if we kick the stuffed animal zoo out of the bottom of the bed, she'll have enough room to stay in there two more years. We'll see!
So adorable with her mop of blond curls! And I'd be surprised if she fits in that bed another 2 years - she looks tall!
Since you travel to Europe alot, I thought you would know the answer to this question. Are knitting needles allowed through security at European airports, including circular needles? I am going to Italy and wondering if I will be able to bring them aboard on the return. I was not able to when boarding in Mexico.
Ellen, I've not had any problems flying with circular needles to/from Iceland, Germany and Italy, but I have heard that folks are not allowed to bring them on British Airways flights. I guess it's still always up to the security personnel doing the check. Good luck and have a great trip! :)
Pretty soon you won't be able to call her Wee anymore! No needles on British Airways??? Arghh! that's my next flight!
She is so cute! Funny about her sleeping on the floor though. It's quilting time for you.
