These one piece hat/scarves looked so cute in the latest Phildar layette catalog that I knew I would have to make them. They were also the perfect opportunity to create something that would help the boys' black winter coats match their blue winter mittens. I used Cascade 220 for the lovely colors and the softness and knit it at 6 st./in. so they would be real warm.
