bugs!
He looks like he likes it! Cute kid, cute bugly sleeve--can't get any better than this! (well, maybe a whole sweater, but all in good time, right?)
so after he's worn a sleeve, does he start pressuring you to finish? "Mommy, where's the rest of sweater?!? Can I just wear sleeve?" :)
looks great!
i think its bugly beautiful! cant wait to see the finished bugly body..
Bugalicious. That sweater is gonna be way too cute.
Great sleeve! Looks like he's enjoying it! Cutest knitted bugs I ever did see!
sandy
lovely sleeve!
Do you always knit the sleeves first?
I always knit them last, and then they seem endless! (I try to knit them at the same time, so I don't have the second sleeve syndrome...)
Maybe I should try starting a sweater by the sleeves....
Cute sweater, but don't ya think a little cold?
Hi everyone! Thanks for the comments. This picture makes me think that as long as the sweater isn't so ugly that it draws attention away from Benny's cute little face, it will be fine!
Noemi, with these Dale sweaters I've enjoyed doing the sleeves first. I get some practice in the color knitting in small rounds before I tackle the body with its 200-some odd stitches! Plus, once the body is done, there's just steeking and setting in the sleeves and it's all finished. With regular sweaters I usually do the sleeves between doing the front and the back, so I don't fall into sleeve syndrome. :)
the ladybugs are just too cool for school. I love it :)
I love this sweater. It looks great so far.
