all I need is the (tank) girl

Paris silk! Harry's tweed!
There's only one thing I need...
Got my tweed crest
Got my best vest
All I need now is the tank
Got my stripes eyed
Got my hopes high
Got the time and the place
And I got rhythm
Now all I need is the tank to go with them

what a great color combination--can't wait to see where and how you work the stripes

Hooray for you for being a "standard" bearer! Thanks to my dad (b.1922) I love the old songs, and can hear the tune right away when I read your new lyrics. Please add me to the Smooch list, as I've got the pattern and am determined to determine if the yarn I want to use will work. Otherwise, I'll grab some more Cotton-Ease (because none of the ASC colors is grabbing me).

Wow, it's the 15th tomorrow? Time flies when one has too much to knit!

neat colors alison! i cheated. i'm working on Pagan right now. just reached the first decrease row.

Wow - we're using the same colours (though in vastly different amounts!) I've got 6 skeins of the lighter pink that you show and about half a skein of each of the darker pink and lilac. I'm thinking about a stripe similar to the one on the Phildar vest I made for Brooke.

Its before 7am here so I decided to cast on for Pagan while surfing and catching up on some work. This is going to be soooo much fun!
