Ribby r-anxiety was the name of the game last week. I was soooo running out of yarn on the yoke. I made it up to the beginning of the neck shaping just as I started my last skein. After double checking the pattern and seeing that I only I had eight more rows to go before the neck started, I thought I should just go for it and try to do the whole neck.
Whoopee.

Phew - that was too close for comfort! I'm glad you made it..
Alison, you rock! *bowing down*
I knew you'd have enough! =) yay!!
OMG - I hate that when that happens - more often than I like, too.
Who was the ninny that wrote that pattern anyway...
It's lookin' gooood, Alison and soon will be cold enough to wear it! I personally am not a humidity person and much prefer sweater weather to plain sweat weather...
You have close calls like that before. Glad it all worked out.
you'll be happy to hear i have started the back - i'm about two tiny inches in. LOVING my yarn -- very smooth, still seems to have a lot o' lanolin in it. i should have enough yarn - these cones have 1,600 yards total - or that's what i ordered anyway!
Fab !
Looking forward to seeing it modelled.
Yay! I am sooo glad that you didn't run out! I just got the back piece finished on mine. You are sooo fast!
The knitting goddess of the ribbys was certainly in your corner! Looking fine! YOu have gotten some serious knitting time in since the last time I saw the ribbyness.
I WILL be at knitsmiths this sunday! Consider yourself warned! heehee
Thanks for the birthday wishes!
