Buon viaggio! I can't tell you how much I love those ladybug sweaters. Ladybugs are the theme in the wee one's room, and I aspire to making such a garment for her.

These jerseys are great - where can I find a pattern so I can knit one for my 2 year old daughter whose nickname is "bug" short for ladybug?

Thanks, everyone! The boys wore their sweaters all day Thursday. I hadn't planned on bringing them with us on vacation (due to irrational fears of lost luggage), but they were so darned cute, that I had to. More boys and their bugs pictures to come!

Amanda, check out the archive page for this project for the pattern number. It's a popular Dale pattern, so you should be able to find it through an online knitting store if your LYS doesn't carry Dale stuff. It's also in the new Dale Baby Knits book, Soft Treasures for Little Ones.
