How cute those boys look! It makes their gorgeous eyes even bluer.
what darling boys you have!
Guten Abend!
Dolls, just dolls!
Awwwww! I always love the pics of your boys, they are so cute!
So cute. I wonder what their comments will be in a few years when they look at all the photos of themselves in knits? You just never know and that's what keeps it sooooooooo fun. :)
What cuties wearing there vests! I just LOVE vests on little boys, makes them so grown up. Well that's until they spill chocolate milk all over it! ;) Maybe it only happens in my house though! LOL! ;)
I know you've probably mentioned this in earlier posts, but can you tell me which pattern you used for the vests? It looks like something I might actually be able to accomplish. Love it. Thanks for any info. you can give me.
I love when you post photo's of the boys. They are ADORABLE!
Two of the best male models I have seen in a long while. And they are modeling 2 good looking vests.
Thanks everyone! I love taking pictures of the boys in their knits. They're so cute that I figure no matter how many little mistakes I made on their sweaters, I'll never notice it!
Kerstin, Stefan at least is starting to make comments already. A few minutes after I took the pictures, I asked him how he liked his new vest. Big mistake. He started saying "no, no" and pulling at it! I let him take it off and am hoping that it's just a part of this no-phase that he's going through right now. (fingers crossed)
Beverly, for pattern book info, let me refer you to my comment to an earlier post: in the vacation archives. The vest is super simple. Something you could make up on your own as well. Let me know if you want any help!
You sure have the knack for making nice things. Vests AND boys! Are you still in Germany? I can't keep anything straight! I miss you scads! I will be back at knitsmiths this weekend. Unless of course life pulls a fast one!
be well!
They're so ADORABLE! And have you washed the vests? It's a bit scratchy, even after blocking, but the first wash turns it into an incredibly soft fabric. My son didn't like his vest when I tried it on him, but after it was softened up he liked it!
Becky, I did wet blocking, so they have been washed. The fabric really softened up nicely, but the stitches flattened out a bit. I was a little disappointed by the flattening, but once all the pieces were done and I couldn't compare pre- to post-washing, I loved them just the same! The Fantasia yarn is so cool.
