OMG! Good Noooooo it is absolutely beautiful. I love those colors.

Very nice! It'll look spring-i-licious on you you! Are you working those ends in as you go (that's the part that scares me on tons of color changes)?

Very cool. Now fess up. You have some sort of knitting robot that cranks this stuff out for you, right? When my boys were younger I could barely manage to brush my teeth and dress myself each day. You, with twins, not only knit a new garment almost daily but design and knit two new sweaters for publication within a month of each other?? Man, I'm tired just writing all that. Hats off to you.

Your cari raye is beautiful. I have been searching everywhere for the pattern and yarn can you help me out? I am interested in it and can't find it anywhere.
Thank you very much.

VERY, VERY, good!

Thanks everyone! I love it so much, I keep taking it out of the project bag to admire.

Leigh, all the colors are as called for in the pattern except the green (where I substituted some Plaisance). And of course, there is no sparkle sh*t. ;0)

Siliva, there are ends still to be woven in at the beginning and end of each color. For the stripes, I'm just carrying the yarn up the side. So it's really only 10 ends for the whole piece and they're all at the seams. Not really that scary at all.

Anyone interested in the pattern, it was offered as a free pattern on the Phildar website. The link isn't there anymore but the PDF file is still accessible at www.phildar.fr/pdf/cardigan_raye.pdf. And Anna did an english translation of it, which you can find at annamation.ca/annaknits/patterns/cardiganraye.php. All the yarns are available through www.breiweb.nl. Happy Phildar knitting!
