Andrea's super striped crochet socks
Karen's pretty purple striped socks (these are the first of TWO pairs she's making for her pal!)
Katherine's fun pooling socks, practically her first pair and knitted up lickety-split! I think we've got a new sock obssessed knitter here.

Planning pals:
Lee is rushing to finish other socks and get on to the sockapalooza!
Nathalie is practicing her toe-up techniques
Timothy is also practicing a new technique: to avoid second sock syndrome, knit second sock first!
Jen is going to make "Ellen's Stockings" from Folk Knitting in Estonia
Samantha has chosen Mexican colors for her "Follow the Trails" sock
Jody has two beautiful socks and yarns to pick from
Jaimi is going to 'go with the flow' with some fabulous Koigu

Keri has settled on some bright jewel toned Lorna's for her pal's socks
Emy is going with Rowan's Cashcotton - yum
Joan is contemplating some very unique socks for her pal
Gwen is going with some pumpkin-colored Trekking yarn
Liz found some great Cherry Tree Hill yarn for her pal
Lou is looking for help deciding which yarn to use for her sock pal's socks. Visit her site and leave your opinion - you might just be the pal she's making the socks for!
Sharon reports that she'll be using Mountain Colors yarn in the color Yellowstone and a vintage pattern from 1944. Can't wait to see a finished picture, Sharon!
Oh, and there is some serious sock yarn porn over on Donna's site. Check it out!
See ya next week with more Sockapal-2-za progress. Keep on sockin', everyone!

I love tuesdays! thanks for showing all the talented sock makers.I love seeing what everyone is doing.
You misread my blog - those socks are for me, I've not started my sockapal-two-za socks yet...
Hi! I have no progress to report, but wanted to let you know that I got bloglines up (finally!), so you can check for updates through them (if there ever are any!).
Belated Birthday blessings....hope your ankle heals quickly and that the feverih boy is feeling All Better soon!
So much fun looking at all of these SOCKS...you need a Link Queen TIARA!
Thanks Timothy, I've corrected that.
Hope your son is feeling better...thanks for keeping us posted...I'm on my third yarn try for Sockapal2za...I've never been so undecided...take care.
Should send you a pic, I am almost finished the pair...(I knit two on two circs) so will update you with the colourful pair I am making for my pal... and I finally have a blog..
I have finished my socks for my pal.
Hi! I have decided on the pattern for my pal, but can't quite decide on the yarn yet! I'll be making Susan's (http://ma2ut.blogspot.com/) "Landlocked socks". I don't see a link to buy the pattern there anymore...so you'll just have to take my word for it!
Oh, and I've switched my main email account from buelsian@yahoo.com to angbb4590 at gmail.com I was getting WAY too much spam. :)
Hello, one sock down, one cast on. There's not much on my blog, as my camera was hit by a wave and I'm mainly a photo blogger.
I used this as an excuse to try knitpicks, and I am loooooving the way the socks are turning out! Someone lucky will soon have a pair of geranium toe-ups...if they can pry them out of my dead, cold hands. I forsee more knitpicks merino in my immediate future!
oooooo - thanks for all the links :)
wonder if i saw mine in there somewhere :D
I'll only blog about my sock when I upload the photo I took of the yarn I got from Elann...but I have started...don't want to say too much as I don't want to give it away...=)
I've finished knitting the socks - now working on a little gift bag ;)
Bloglines seem to be working now, but just in case...I am in the final stretch of sock #1...yep, still number 1!! Can't wait for Tuesday... Thanks again for all that you are doing! OH and for the fixation pattern too! Woohoo!
Got a new blog post all about my sock #1 & pattern used. :)
Hi Alison. I know it's getting late out on the east coast, but I am minutes away from getting my post together with my finished socks. If I don't make it this week, though, it' all ready for next week's post.
