I'm starting a new scarf. (Scarves, they're the new socks!) This one is the Ruffles scarf from Scarf Style. I've wanted to make this scarf since I first saw it in the book, but kept thinking it just wasn't me. Took me a year to figure out I could make one for someone else!

I made that scarf last fall and LOVE it. Yours has a lovely drape to it, not too sproingy, not too drapey. Just right. Your friend will love it.
Awesome! I started that scarf a bit ago (did not post it though) becuase it too was on my list of to dos! I love the pattern!
I keep looking at that scarf ... then looking away ... then coming back to it ... it's never dawned on me "gee, make it for someone else" ;-)
I keep looking at the "potato chip" scarf pattern (in the Knit Picks catalog? I *think*) and thinking that it would be fun to make, but I probably wouldn't wear it ... now if I can just think of someone to give it to who would ... :-)
I've been wanting to knit that scarf since it is so whimsical but it certainly isn't destined to be in my closet. So it will be a Christmas gift for my little sis--she'll love it and I'll get to knit it. What could be better?
I keep looking at this one too and actually started it but I think it has to be just the right yarn so it spirals. Yours looks great.
I've been wanting to knit that scarf for ages now . . . love the way yours is coming out!
Ooh, I'm about to start that one as well! I'm saving it for my vacation next week.
I knit that scarf out of cotton angora back in January! It's delightfully soft and cozy in the yarn. Your friend is lucky!
Oh! I love that scarf too...but it would definitely be for me. How sweet of you to make one for your friend!
Love it and I love the pictures....I bet it will be a huge hit.
What a cool scarf! I've got to get my hands on that book.
Very pretty...I like the color...plus it's leftover yarn! Sounds like a perfect project.
I love the Ruffles scarf. I made one out of scrap yarn because I really wanted to make it, but will never wear it. My bookcase currently wears it full time.
I LOVE that scarf! And I love Scarf Style; I plan on making almost everyone in the book. Two down already this summer.
