It's perfect in every way.
You are amazing!
Happy Friday
It's awesome! Can't wait to see more pics.
Oh Yeah! There was no doubt that you'd make the deadline, but you sure do like to cut it close, don't you?
I didn't make it :) but I'm not going to stress about it, last time i stressed about a quilted blanket i got sick for 9 days lol.
I do plan on finishing it before the movie leaves the theaters, and after all I can wear it next year right? :)
I love the way you did hte collar and hem. Very polished and tidy.
You speedy knitter you! I'm not quite as fast as you but I'm finished with the back and I'm on my way to knitting an H.
Hi Alison...Chugging along on the last 3 inches of my second Gryffindor sock. Should have it done by the 2:05 showing of the movie today...We are all of a dither!
That looks lovely! You may very well have convinced me what my next sweater project should be, heh!
It's beautiful! I am in awe. :) We went last night - it was incredible - and I posted some descriptions of the new knitting possibilities on my blog (dewarewolfe.blogspot.com), if anyone's interested. I'm looking forward to seeing all the new patterns that come from this movie!
Please oh please post a revised Weasley sweater pattern with the set in sleeves and hemmed edges, I love it, love it, love it!!
It is a wonderful sweater, looks PERFECT!
I started late, so I'm not going to stress that I won't be finished until tomorrow or the next day. I have about seven inches of sleeve and the finishing left. The movie won't be here right away, most likely, anyway. I love your sweater, yes, the hems make it so much more attractive!
Hmm.... I don't know, we still haven't seen that second sleeve!
I'm SO impressed! Look at all the knitting you've finished recently! Thing 1 and Thing 2 (including the blue wigs), the Kool-Aid hats, and an entire Weasley for yourself, too. Your productivity is astonishing.
I (sorta) made it -- scarf finished, but went without fringe, I don't think I have enough yarn for fringe! I went to the midnight showing wearing my scarf and my hermione hat, I saw a few other scarves, but they were the cheap storebought ones :o)
I'm wearing mine, although I probably won't actually see the movie until I'm home with my family for Christmas.
Hayden's Weasley was done on Tuesday and he's wearing it today to school! He's not into Harry Potter, but I am. We're going to see it on Sunday in the IMAX (can't go until then b/c I'll be at a knitting retreat). Your sweaters look great!
I kind of punted both sweaters (my rehearsal schedule made anything more challenging than a scarf impossible), but I am fringing my scarf when I get home to wear it to the 7p.m. showing in Braintree.
Wow, the three of you are soooo cute! And your productivity is amazing.
How cute!! I think I need to make myself one now. I'm thinking about doing an "R"
I finished!! My knitting was done on schedule, then I just wasn't motivated to finish because I wasn't going to get to go on opening night. But I picked it back up last night to finish weaving in ends and closing it up. I'm glad I finished* because I do get to go see it tonight!
*still needs to be blocked, but that can wait.
Adorable! All three of you! Great work on the Weasleys.
Your two boys are the happiest looking kids in blogland and who can blame them with those great sweaters?
