What a sweet, sweet Valentine! I got homemade valentines from my boys when I woke up this morning, too.

Awww, that's so nice Suzanne. One of my boys came to me in bed and said he hoped that daddy and I had a nice night out last night (yes, first night we've gone out together since we went to the premiere of the last Harry Potter movie last summer!) and happy Valentine's day. They're so sweet, aren't they?

Awwwww, that's sure to make Grandma's heart go pitter patter!

I got the best present today from the most unromantic man on earth.

He gave me a musical card that sings "Ain't No Woman (Like the One I've Got)". It says "A Valentine Love Letter to My Wife". Then you open it and it says "You mean everything to me, and I hope you know how much I love you, how much I appreciate you, and how much I cherish you and the love we share.

All My Love

Happy Valentine's Day"

This is especially nice since I'm musical. All you need do is utter words in a song and I'm off and humming.

This puts me in a very loving and happy mood.

I also got freshly squeezed orange from my nine year old. He drank a lot of it before it got to me but I still enjoyed the moment.

Thank you, Alison, for sharing your family with us. This is one of my favourite blogs. I check it every day. I can't wait for the pics of L in her birthday hat.

Alison,
Hi, would anyone here be willing to make a Harry Potter sweater to sell? How much? Size Large adult. 'P' and 'V' Dk. green and Teal respectively. We may take the plunge and try ourselves. I was desperate at Christmas though and wondered where to find handcrafted H.Potter sweaters to buy.
Looking,
Terrie
