aarrrgh!

The knit pirates can't believe that we forgot to check the needle size when we started knitting a baby-sized Shedir hat for wee one! It's way too big, so now we'll have to rip it out and start over again. Say it with me: aaaaarrrgh!

At least you weren't too far along before you realized it was the wrong size. Love the color.

Sadly, I've been there -- recently. Chin up!

I started my first adult-sized Shedir at least 700 billion times before hitting on the right guage. Thank goodness for Ravelry/blog where I recorded what worked the first time!

Those knit pirates are stealthy, they sneak up on you when you least expect it.

Yarrr, that be a pretty sweater, tho it be too big. The wee one'll need to be growin' a bit, she will...

I'm where you are with my Shedir. I wouldn't want to frog it at this point. It doesn't look very far along but there's a lot of work into it by this time.
Bummer. It's a great pattern, though.
