finally phildar

Yes, my fellow phildar fillies, the time has come. Not only have I finally fininshed my cardi raye, which was the initial inspiration for starting this knitalong, but the guys at Threadbear Fiber Arts Studio will now be carrying some Phildar yarns, so we can all be phildar fillies!

green = finished

fall & winter 2003

As usual, let me know if you finished so I can update your link here. And if you're still working on your project (maybe it's on hiatus for summer) just drop me a line when you start working on it again. I'd love to reopen this knitalong next fall. I'm sure I'll have plenty of new Phildar projects by then!

Cardi Raye is beautiful on you! Sometimes an extra inch and a half is all a person needs to make a sweater just so.

Thanks for not whacking off your head in your photo!

Alison, I love the Cardi Raye! My phildar project is definitely hiatus for the summer. It's too warm to knit fall sweaters right now AND I ran out of yarn for the project. I'll have to track down some more quickly!

Hi, Alison! I am still plugging away at Cardi-raye. She is looking good, if I do say so myself. Yours is lovely! I would love to knit No. 13 from the Phildar Spring Tendances book. However, the pattern is in Dutch. Do you, by chance, have this book? If so, would you be willing to help me get mine translated? Talk to you soon!
