back on track

Back to the Suss baby sweater. Back to that sleeve that I had to rip out. Back on track.

You know, the Suss store in NYC had these sweaters for sale. They were definitely the same construction, but had a knitted square with an initial in it sewn onto the front instead of a single monogram. Knit in the Suss textured cotton, they were really sweet. But they were $89. I'm so glad I can knit!

Beautiful color! The Suss textured cotton looks like it's got a nice feel.

I love that shade of pink for girls. I also should say that your category makes me giggle every time I see it. Reminds me of some kind of horror movie!

Dang. You could make one out of cashmere for that price... (I know, that would be an insane waste of cashmere, but really.)

What a name for a store ;)
"Suss" means a "slipper" in Estonian :D

Their cotton yarn was my favorite on their website -- it looks fabulous and soft. But what the heck is "Ull" and "Bomull"? They look really nice too, but I'd want to know what that was before I bought any! ;-)

Mary, Ull is wool and Bomull is cotton.

And Elsa, Suss is the name of the designer. I think she's from Sweden.

yeah...isn't good we can knit, even with expensive yarn it wouldn't come to $89...sheesh

Oh, I love it! I've been dying to try something with the Suss cotton - I have Hollywood Style Knits, and I don't see that pattern in it?? Is it in a different book?

Beautiful work!
