ooooh, those ears!

These ears totally make this hat! I can't deal with how cute it is and I've still got the face to add. I don't know if I'm going to be able to handle the cuteness when that's done!

First time I've seen that hat actually ON a child, and it looks mighty cute. I've wondered how it would fit, given its unusual shape. (Let's hear it for lots of pink!)

that rates a high squeal on the cute-o-meter!

Cute as a button! The perfect color for the lovely little one! The hat turned out great.

Even without the face it is amazingly cute!

Oh wow, yeah! Those are enough to post over at CuteOverload.com!

That is so adorable but I have a technical question: how do the ears stay up? I would think that they should fall down.

Why are the backs of baby's necks so dang cute and snuggle-able? (Also, ack! I look possessed!)

Cute, cute, cute hat & I agree with Shannon about baby necks - you just want to bury your nose & sniff up all that sweet baby scent.

Adorable! I'm tempted to go cast on for one right now, but I must resist the urge. Spring has truely sprung here in Germany, and my baby won't need to wear hats again until fall. =(

Alison ... I was looking for your email address for sockapalooza 4 .... the link to the Blog invite didn't work! Thanks!

Posted by: Amy T at April 26, 2007 2:56 PM

Super cutie hat!

Help though! I was trying to comment on the sockapalooza blog, and I created a google account (and verified it), but I still am unable to post -- even after I log in, when I try to post it tells me I need to log in! Ack ack ack.

Gorgeous - can we see the front too?

Posted by: Asa at April 26, 2007 3:59 PM

Great hat!!! Can't wait to see the face. :)

Hey, could you send me another invite to the blog? I didn't realize you could only use the link once, and I must have opened it at home, then I tried again this morning and now it won't work.

Thanks! Looking forward to another sock exchange!

That hat is just too cute. What yarn did you use?

Posted by: Diane at April 26, 2007 5:37 PM

really cute hat ... that baby has an awful lot of cute gear! she wil be the envy of all the other babies at the Mommy and Me group!

Also, Alison, got the invite for Sockapalooza 4 -- but blogger is giving me issues re: accepting the invite!

Thanks!

Cute hat. Darling hat.
I know that you can't respond to individual questions about the soockapalooza--but I've not done this before and I don't know how to find out who my partner is. Could you post something on the sock blog about how to find out who one's partner/sock recipient is?? thanks.

Oh, I think I like the ears! I just finished making the newborn size, so I was wondering which size you chose to make?

Posted by: Heather at April 26, 2007 10:32 PM

hehehe, that is cute!

That hat is sooo cute. I cant wait to see the front. I made the little bell bottom pants. They turned out adorable. I have lots of compliments on them and I havent even seamed them yet.
