all joined up and nowhere to go

I've gone just about as far as I can on my bell-sleeved Rebecca sweater. All the pieces are finished up to the yoke, I've joined everything together and have started the raglan decreases. And the orange yarn is just about gone! More is already on its way from my mother-in-law in Germany, but I have no idea exactly when it will arrive. Go, go, yarn!! Luckily, I've still got a few nights' work seaming up the sides and sleeves and taking care of the tangled mass of ends hiding under all those pieces. Luckily?

That is so cute - nothing I could ever wear (colors look awful on me & I would definitely get food on those sleeves the first time I wore it) but it's so cute I wish I could! Also it just looks like a young woman top to me & I'm not even young enough to be middle aged anymore!

Yay for decreases. It's going to knit so quickly now. Hope you don't need the extra wool, or get it soon. We must have pictures of your fabulousness so I, too, can live vicariously through your great style.

It looks so great! I can't wait to see it on you. I wasn't sure I would like it when you started knitting it but it's growing on me. I can just picture it in chocolate and pink. :)

This sweater looks great! I wish I was thin enough to wear something like this...

You're a braver woman than I.

It's looking so cute! Can't wait to see it finished. Go yarn, go!

Oh, gasp! You mean each of those stripes has ends?! Can't you just call them "fringe" and be done with it?

Beautiful knit! I hope your yarn arrives quickly, what is faster - International Mail or weaving in the yarn on all those amazing stripes...
