Awesome pattern by ChicKnits, inspiring execution by both Claudia and her sister Silvia, neato knit-along by Leigh, and what do you know, I had to have one. Got this old Donegal Tweed yarn in trade for some acrylic yarn and wanted to make something big and warm with it. Ribby and helpers to the rescue! Also noteworthy: my first time sewing a zipper into knits.

Update: I didn't end up wearing this cardi very much and so ripped it out and knit something else with the yarn.
