how fast can you knit a sweater again?

I guess I'll find out, as I have been asked to knit a second version of the design project I knit up and finished just two weeks ago. I'm one week and four pieces in to the reknitting. Will I make it before wee one comes?

(sorry, no pics on this one!)

The knitting job is perfect for me during this resting and waiting phase of the pregnancy. We finally have a new car that we can all fit in and all the final touches are done in baby's room, so I am completely in rest mode until wee one decides to show up. Knit one, breathe two... for as long as she lets me.

Good luck! I hope that either you get it done before she comes, or that she's a good sleeper. (Or both, ideally!)

Good luck with everything. I am hoping that we will see a post soon after your baby arrives. Whenever there's a short break in your postings, I wonder if she has arrived!!! Can't wait to see her in all the gorgeous hand-knits.

Oh the waiting. Get lots of rest and I'll think good dilating thought for you. heh Relax... breathe... knit... :)

Waiting for the second baby - my best knitting time ever. I knitted miles of yarn, while I had to rest for nearly 8 weeks (my gyn told me to keep my feet up all day).

But knitting the same again - not the funniest thing ever. Don't you get a second-sleeve-syndrome all the time?

Oh my! Good thing yarning a blankie takes 90 days!

I'll be rooting for you! (Though I hope the baby won't hang out for *too* long -- that might get pretty uncomfortable!)

Good Luck!

Pins and needles here, (no pun intended), wondering when she'll make her appearance! Every day you don't blog makes me think, "today's the day!". So, here's hoping you'll have a guest blogger announce the news when the day comes!

Don't worry, Mary, my master webmaster is ready to announce the arrival of wee one as soon as it happens! :)

well that all depends on your EDD + 2 wks should she decided to stick around. I recon if you can finish it this week you'll be home free.
