Inspired by the Wimbeldon Socks in Vogue Knitting on the Go: Socks and the approaching warm weather, I made these fun pompom socks. I changed their heel-flap pattern to one with short-row toes and heels for a snugger fit and substituted Rowan's incredible new Cashsoft cashmere/merino/microfiber yarn for standard sock yarn. And now I've solved the problem of the end of knitted sock season. Sock on!
