I started this version of the child's placket neck sweater from Last-Minute Knitted Gifts in the summer with a knitting class I was teaching. I fiddled a bit with the pattern, adding a lot of length and some ribbing below the armhole level, to turn it into a sweater dress. I got to use up two crazy colorways of Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sport (bittersweet & neon) too! It's bright, but, then again, so's my gal.
