This tutu was an experiment to see if I could make an even bigger tutu for wee one for Halloween. (I did.) I found several online tutorials that claimed that making tutus was very simple, so I thought I'd give it a try. It is just as simple as they say! Wee one was a natural in her pretty pink "oo-oo".
