The football hat from one of my favorite knitting books of all time, Itty-Bitty Hats. I suspect I'll eventually end up knitting every one of these hats. This is my 11th, by the way! I used Crystal Palace's Bunny Hop yarn and some Cashsoft dk scraps for the football detail and edging. The pattern was very clear, as always, and the result is totally cute, totally boy, totally perfect!

I even used my remaining brown scraps and adjusted my golden snitch ball pattern from Charmed Knits, spacing out the increases and decreases a bit, to make a little football rattle.
